Meet the team at Hope Studio... We look forward to welcoming you soon.
Natasha
Natasha opened Hope Studio in March 2026, bringing more than 20 years of teaching experience and a lifelong passion for yoga and movement.
Natasha discovered yoga at the age of 21, when she joined a class with her then-boss.
From her very first experience, she felt as though she had come home. Over the following decade, she immersed herself in yoga, attending as many classes, workshops and courses as she could.
She always knew that one day she would teach.
In 2005, the stars aligned when she discovered a wonderful teacher-training course with Yoga Alliance.
Natasha qualified in 2006, when she was nine months pregnant with her first child, and began teaching just 12 weeks later.
She hasn't stopped since.
Over the years, Natasha has had the privilege of teaching thousands of men, women, children and babies.
Her love for yoga - and for helping others discover its benefits - remains as strong as ever.
Her teaching style has naturally evolved throughout her career.
Alongside yoga, Natasha developed a passion for the teachings of Joseph Pilates and went on to qualify as a mat Pilates instructor.
She now combines both disciplines in her teaching, offering weekly Pilates classes alongside her yoga sessions.
At Hope Studio, Natasha's aim is to create classes that are friendly, safe and nurturing, while still offering challenge and progression - welcoming people of all ages and abilities.

Lou
Lou is the founder of Holistic Flow Devon and has spent more than two decades supporting individuals, couples, families and groups on their wellbeing journeys.
At Hope Studio, Lou offers a range of holistic treatments each week, alongside monthly sound baths - creating a peaceful space to pause, reconnect and restore.
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience, where you are gently immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums and other therapeutic instruments.
These calming sounds can help quiet the mind, ease tension and promote a greater sense of emotional and physical wellbeing.
Lou’s holistic treatment menu includes Indian Head Massage, Reiki Healing, Chakra Balancing and Facial Reflexology, offering a range of therapies designed to support relaxation, balance and wellbeing.

Jay
Jamie began practising yoga and meditation a decade ago and it's played a big part in helping him to reconnect with both his mind and body, particularly after injury.
He qualified to teach in 2021 and offers intuitive, approachable Hatha yoga classes with a focus on building strength, moving well and helping people feel confident in their practice and in their bodies.
You don't need to be flexible or experienced to attend his classes, he welcomes people to come as they are.
Outside of yoga, Jamie is usually thinking about good food and even better coffee, getting stronger in the gym, practising Jiu-Jitsu, or getting outside to explore the beaches, woods and countryside.
Yoga is a genuine passion for Jamie and he wants his classes to feel like a place where everyone can move, learn and have a good time without taking it all too seriously.

Ro
Ro discovered yoga after being encouraged to attend classes to help with recurring back problems.
She loved it from the very beginning and, after practising regularly for seven years, decided to take the next step and train to teach.
Yoga has made a huge difference to Ro’s physical wellbeing.
It has strengthened her body, improved her posture and, most importantly, she is delighted to no longer experience the debilitating back spasms that once affected her.
But for Ro, yoga has offered much more than physical benefits.
Her practise has taught her so much about herself, and she only wishes she had discovered yoga earlier in life.
Ro qualified as a yoga teacher in 2025 and is passionate about helping others discover the many benefits of yoga for themselves.
She looks forward to welcoming new yogis and guiding them on their own journey of movement, discovery and wellbeing in Clovelly.
